The President of the Republic and the National Assembly enacted the law that regulates the liability of public legal persons and public managers and civil servants for damages caused to companies and citizens by acts or omissions committed during the exercise of their functions.
Law nº 30/22 of 29 August 2022 has been in force since 23 July 2022, the date of its approval by the National Assembly.
